its quite a gd experience.. :)

at first i m scared..but i tot i shd be quite ok since i m a sports person..but i realise i m not..i nearly fainted :S but still it feels good to do a good deed...








oh i got this blue black after a few days..the blue black sorta spread out becuz of the bruised vein.. :S not trying to scare u all haha

my nats has come to an end...

its really scary how time goes..i had been in the track scene for 10 years..well maybe not in the front of the scene coz nobody cares hu is this tiny littly puny insignificant girl..but it had created a world of dream among her...

every yr after nats..i told myself there is still next yr to go..but this yr it feels so different.. every off season training is packed with long runs which i hated most..while on season training is juz jumps n weights n more jumps..i m glad that all this are over..i looked forward to the end of nats before i even started nats..i even told my ex coach with assurance that i will not continue track anymore for i had enuff of it for 10 yrs...

however..after today a totally different feeling hit me..tears are brimming when i saw my coach..not for the fact that i dint do really well for my triple but for the fact that i duno when i m gonna see him again... from this moment on my life has changed..i no longer have to stay back in sch and wait for training to starts..i can go home when the sky is still shining bright..i can go out with my frenz after sch... i wont feel tired when i reach home..i got more time to study and work..i wont have to blame my lousy results on track..bla bla bla..alot to list..imagine how track had cause an impact to my life..but whether i wan this change is the kink which i cant get it sort out.. one part of me wanted to..coz i really wanna try something new b4 my young physique fail me .. the other part of me is afraid that i cant accept this sudden change for my routine of life had been that way since young..and that is one of the reason i joined track in jc(after lots of struggle).. argh...but one thing for sure is tat there is no more nats for me..something i couldnt change...............

indeed..time really flies..world cup has come to an end and tml is my nationals..had been training for the past yr for this day... n of cuz it will be my last nats..

was not nervous..but beginning to........ i know that i will juz need to give my best shot out there but i m scared some things will cock up.. i dun wan to have any regretz.... *mixed feelings*
