was pmsing yest..n after me was angela..den juliet got pmsed by other pple...so everybody is pmsing...

sometimes when we girls pms we juz cant help it..we need an outlet to release our anger, frustration, sianzation ,pisszation bla for pms stands for Piss Madness Sian..i understand how gyus feel sometimes girls can be juz so ununderstandable..they can be nice for a while and difficult to get close to the next moment..but pls understand us n put urself into our shoes...

we know our limits too..we shouldnt go overboard juz becuz we r pmsing..but than things juz get outta control becuz we cant control our hormones secretion.. so we r also in a dilemma..when we throw our temper we feel guilty too....................

but than we cant possibly contain our anger n kept it in..its bad for the health..we might run the risk of having internal injuries of some pyschological complications..so we need an outlet..it varies from person to person..some may feel better after crying..shouting..throwing stuffs..beating someone out.. for me its exercising..although i may hate training bt i definitely feel a sense of happiness n satisfaction..at the same time i gets too tired to get angry... well others may wan to try out my method too..wad form of exercise is up to u to choose as long as its enuogh to make u feel tired....hmmmmm.........a bit misleading here

all in all...i think my period is coming :S
